At My Tallow House, every product is crafted in small batches with love and intention, using carefully sourced ingredients. We care deeply about the condition in which your order arrives and the experience you have with us.

Because skincare is a personal-use product, returned items cannot be restocked, or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns once an order has left our facility.

This policy protects the quality, safety, and purity of every product and ensures that each customer receives the same uncompromised standard.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

It matters to us that you receive what you ordered in the condition you expect.

If your order is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please email info@mytallowhouse.com within 7 days of delivery.

To process a refund or replacement request, you must include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Once verified, we will make it right.


Natural Product Notice

Our products are made with grass-fed tallow. Tallow is a natural fat and is sensitive to temperature changes.

We take precautions to protect your order; however, once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control shipping temperatures or the climate where each customer is located.

Softening or melting may occur during transit, particularly in warmer months. This does not affect the safety, integrity, or effectiveness of the product, and it is still safe, effective, and fully usable. Texture may change, but quality does not.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that natural products respond to their environment.
